今日の音楽 4月1日 ピーセス・オヴ・エイプリル; Music for today Apr.1 Pieces of April

今日から4月。本格的な春の訪れです。

4月の歌は、スリー・ドッグ・ナイトの「ピーセス・オヴ・エイプリル」にしました。スリー・ドッグ・ナイトは1960年代末から1970年代半ばまで活躍した7人組のロック・バンドでした。「喜びの世界」「オールド・ファッションド・ラヴ・ソング」「ブラック・アンド・ホワイト」など数々のヒットを生んでいます。

この曲は、大ヒットはしませんでしたが、彼らには珍しいバラードです。2003年に公開された「エイプリルの七面鳥」(原題が Pieces of April)とは全く関係なく、"piece"は文字通りのかけらの意味。4月はとてもハッピーな月らしいです。

Among the April of song, I  remember  "Pieces of  April" of Three Dog Night. Three Dog Night was seven sets of rock band that was active until the mid-1970s from the late 1960s. He made  many of the hit, such as  "Joy to the world," "An old Fashioned Love Song," "Black and White".

This song, but a big hit did not, it is their unusual ballad  of him .The movie published in 2003, "Pieces of April"  completely unrelated , "piece" the meaning of the literal pieces. April is seems a very happy month.
