イギリスのロックバンド　スイートのギタリスト　アンディ・スコットは1949年6月30日に生まれました。

スイートは1968年に結成されました。ギタリストのフランク・トービィが結成直後に脱退したため、加入したのがアンディ・スコットでした。スイートは約10年間活躍しましたが、その後はヒットに恵まれず1981年に解散しました。

「ブロックバスター」「フォックス・オン・ザ・ラン」などのヒット曲がありますが、1971年に全米3位になったヒット曲「リトル・ウィリー」は、とてもポップな判りやすい(?)ロックミュージックでした。この頃から、ロックの主流はグラム・ロックなどよりヘヴィな方へと流れていきます。

Guitarist Andy Scott of the rock band Sweet of England was born on June 30, 1949.

Sweet was formed in 1968. Andy Scot entered Sweet because Frank Tobyi guitarist has left the band  immediately after it was formed. Sweet was active for about 10 years, but broke up in 1981 are not blessed with hit after that.
